Purchase and Return Policy

Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros.

The prices of items may be revised and modified at any time if circumstances require, but the price applicable to each purchase will be the one indicated in the virtual store at the time of validating the purchase.

All product prices include VAT, a tax that will be applied in Spain with the exceptions of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (the VAT already included in the price will be deducted). However, in these territories, customs clearance costs and import taxes – which are not included – will be borne by the customer.

In the rest of the EU countries, VAT will be applied to private customers. Companies will be exempt by providing all their data and including their intra-community VAT number.

In sales to any other country in the world, VAT will not be charged, but the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges and customs clearance costs, which will be borne by the customer.

The price does not include shipping costs, which will be added to the invoice in those cases where applicable in accordance with these sales conditions.

Availability of Products/Services

In accordance with applicable regulations, products will be served in order of receipt. If the stock of the requested product is exhausted, this circumstance will be brought to the buyer’s attention by e-mail or telephone. At your option, the order will be canceled or a product with similar features and characteristics will be offered. If it is not possible to contact the buyer, the order will be canceled automatically.

Payment Method

Direct Delivery. Predefined option for the virtual store; in these cases, purchases will be paid for at the premises and the product will be collected there.

Transfer. If you wish to pay by transfer, the customer will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of their order, indicating the account number and holder to whom the bank transfer should be made, as well as the order reference, linked to the customer’s name and surname. The transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of the order, and it is important to indicate in the subject section “Ref. no ……..”.

The order is not considered effective until bank confirmation of the transfer is received. To expedite procedures, you can send the transfer receipt by fax.

Credit card. When paying by credit card, transactions made with CCV are 100% secure and are carried out using a server based on SSL technology. The data corresponding to the credit card is not recorded in databases, but goes directly to the POS (point of sale terminal). When making payments by credit card, the following data will always be requested: card number, expiration date, and validation code – consisting of the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the card. All this data is requested for your security. There are other additional systems (such as CES, developed to secure transactions on the Internet, which allows, through a special key for exclusive use for purchases on the Internet, to unequivocally identify the cardholder). Consult with your financial institution the possibility of adhering your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service.

Cash on delivery. For purchases destined for the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, shipments can be made cash on delivery at the customer’s request. In these cases, payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order through the transport company corresponding to the place of shipment.

Payment of subscriptions or services with recurring payments: The user gives their consent for future payments to be made initiated by Idioms360 (MIT Operations) and allows the deletion of their data.

Payments will always be made in Euros. Our store is not responsible for possible variations (in favor of the customer or in our favor) in the exchange rate applicable at the time the customer is charged to their account or must make the payment.

Cancellation of orders. Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer service department has an efficient after-sales service to solve problems with our articles

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made. This right allows you to return the product received. Its exercise must be carried out within a maximum period of seven business days from its receipt. For the calculation of the days, the official calendar of the place where the product was delivered will be considered.

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all the documentation included. Returns will not be accepted carriage forward unless the return is due to an error by the seller. In that case, please contact the after-sales service through our email beforehand. To make a change for any other product, the commercial department must be contacted beforehand.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable with respect to the following products:

Those susceptible to immediate copying (discs, video games,…,), unless they are returned unopened.
Opened consumables.
Products made according to customer specifications or personalized.
Those that by their nature cannot be returned, or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
Products that have been used.

Guarantees

All products have the legal guarantee of conformity with the current applicable regulations and that given by the different manufacturers of each of the articles.

Defects or damages due to incorrect use or handling of the articles, and wear and tear produced by the normal use of the same, are excluded from the guarantee.

The establishment is not responsible for the customer not being technically trained to use the products they acquire.
